What is Tough it Up!
Tough it Up! began with a simple mission: to get healthy. I started at 30 years old and over 320 pounds, driven by the goal of keeping up with my kids. Through dedication to diet and exercise, I lost 127 pounds. That journey sparked a passion for helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals.
To turn that passion into a purpose, I committed myself to education, earning my professional certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Today, I am proud to share the gift of movement across generations, including teaching specialized fitness classes at the Brimfield Senior Center.
Along the way, my journey took an unexpected and beautiful turn when I rediscovered dancing. Dance taught me that fitness isn't just about lifting heavy or pushing through a grueling workout—it is about celebrating what your body can do, finding rhythm in the discipline, and moving with pure joy. This philosophy is exactly how Tough it Up! connects to dance. We don't just train to endure life; we train to move freely, build confidence, and truly enjoy the vibrant life we are working so hard to build.

Hi, I’m Coach Kiki! I am a NASAM certified trainer and dance teacher, a mom to two active boys, and a firm believer that movement should be a source of joy.
While I teach almost every style of dance and love the technical side of training, my real passion is helping people fall in love with how their bodies move. Whether you are stepping into a dance studio for the first time or looking to build strength in the gym, my goal is to create a space where you feel confident, empowered, and energized.
When I’m not teaching or training, you can usually find me keeping up with my boys, chasing our next family adventure, or dancing around my own kitchen. Let’s find your rhythm and start moving together!

I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old, so you could definitely say dance has been a pretty big part of my life! Now at 30, I’m so excited to be able to share something I’ve loved for almost my entire life with a new generation of dancers.
Over the years, I’ve trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, and hip hop. I also spent several years doing baton. I competed for five years at both the regional and national levels and have had the opportunity to perform at some pretty amazing places, including the Boston Celtics and Providence Bruins.
I’m all about big energy, good music, fun choreography, and creating a class that dancers look forward to every week. I can’t wait to get to know my students, watch them grow, and make some amazing memories together this season!!
